Using Slouch
Slouch is free. You may install it on any PC you use and share the download with anyone. It is provided as it is, without any warranty; as far as the law allows, Slouch is not responsible for loss or damage from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Optimise
Optimise only changes the settings you choose, and shows each change before it makes it. Some changes need Windows' administrator permission, which Windows asks you for.
Friends and parties
Be decent. Don't harass, threaten or impersonate people, and don't use gamertags that are offensive or pretend to be someone else. Slouch may remove gamertags or accounts that break these rules. Block anyone you don't want to hear from: they can't see you, message you or invite you.
Buying games
When you buy a game through the Store, you're buying it from that store, under its terms, and you pay the store directly. Slouch may earn a commission from the store; it never changes your price. Prices come from the stores and can change at any time; the store's checkout price is the one that counts.
Trademarks
Steam, Xbox, Epic Games, the EA app, Ubisoft Connect, GOG, Battle.net, PlayStation and every game's name and art belong to their owners. Slouch is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Slouch is run by [company name], [registered address], [contact email].
